These terms apply to the ADHDose mobile app for Android and iOS (the “app”) and the adhdose.com website, both provided by ADHDOSE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17146660) with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”).
By downloading the app or using the website, you agree to these terms. Please read them before relying on either. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app or website.
ADHDose is a medication tracking tool. It models the published pharmacokinetic profile of supported ADHD medications to estimate where your dose is in its cycle. It is provided for information and self-tracking only.
ADHDose is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, does not recommend or adjust doses, and is not a substitute for advice from your prescriber, GP, or pharmacist. Estimates are modelled from population-level data and will not match your individual response exactly. Never make changes to your medication based on the app alone; always consult your specialist.
The app stores your medication and journal data locally on your device. We do not operate accounts and do not receive your health information. How we handle the limited personal data we do process (such as a launch-list email address on the website) is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for the security of your own device and for any device backups you enable, which are governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms.
The core features of ADHDose are free. Optional Pro features are sold as in-app purchases processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play under their payment terms. Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your store account, and cancelling stops the next renewal while leaving you with Pro until the period you have paid for ends. Refunds are handled by the relevant store under its own refund policy, and we do not offer refunds separately from that policy. Prices and the features included in Pro will always be shown to you clearly before you pay.
The app, website, and our trademarks, content, and design remain the property of ADHDOSE LTD. You may not copy, modify, translate, extract the source code of, or create derivative works from the app, or use our content commercially without our written permission. Quoting brief excerpts of our guides with attribution and a link is welcome.
You agree not to misuse the app or website, including attempting to interfere with their operation, circumventing purchase mechanisms, or using automated means to scrape content in breach of these terms.
Some features require an internet connection, and your mobile provider’s charges are your responsibility. We may update the app from time to time, and supported operating system versions may change. We may modify or discontinue the app or website; if we discontinue the app, your data remains on your device and export features will remain available in the last supported version wherever practicable.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of these terms. On termination, the licences granted to you end and you should delete the app from your device.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, the app and website are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on modelled estimates or educational content, from the app being unavailable, or from events outside our reasonable control. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and take reasonable steps to bring significant changes to your attention, such as an in-app notice. The current version will always be available at this address.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
